We finally arrived in Holland after a very long trip. We couldn't get to sleep on the plane, so instead we watched 3 movies and played speed scrabble (or scrabbabble as Laena calls it). We played scrabble and cards during our 6 hour layover in Chicago as well.
By the time we got went through customs and got our baggage Tante Marianne had just gotten to the airport, due to the terrible traffic that morning, so we didn't have to wait for each other.
We were so exhausted that we both slept for about 5 hours when we got to her house. When we got up at 6:00pm she made us a delicious chicken and rice dinner, then Chantal and Remco came over to visit. After that Tante Marianne went to water aerobics, while we stayed home and did our own excercises. We were all in bed by 10:30 and slept through the night.
